Just Another Struggling Writer

The lamentations of yet another person struggling to write a novel.

Monday Motivations; When Life Gives You…

Hello everyone and welcome to another washed up week of writing.

At the beginning of this month my family and I unfortunately experienced a major emergency that temporarily rendered us homeless.

I made a video about it on my Youtube channel.

To say I am tired would be a massive understatement. The last ten days especially have rendered coherent thought almost impossible. But I’m not, [as I have lately learned], a person who can sit still for very long, even when circumstances justify (or even necessitate) it.

So, I’m going to spend this week attempting to get myself back into something of a rhythm. I’ve given myself leave to not be perfect as I figure out my new reality. But as the world keeps turning, so I too must carry on.

And that’s my motivation this week.

About Me

Kerry Share’s love for writing started, as it so often does, as a love of reading at an early age. At age 11 she wrote her first short story, a Harry Potter knockoff of dubious quality, and her love for creative expression was born. Throughout her teen years she continued to foster that passion through derivative work, and at 23 she turned her eye to original fiction.

Now in her thirties, having taken a break from creative endeavors to cope with an ever changing life and landscape, she is determined to make her dream of a writing career reality.
